Astrophotography | Exploring the Night Sky

Astrophotography gives me the opportunity to experience and capture a completely different side of nature—the beauty that appears when the sun goes down and the night sky comes alive.

From the incredible beauty of the Milky Way to the stars stretching across the sky, photographing the night is both challenging and rewarding. These moments often require careful planning, patience, and the willingness to travel to locations where the darkness reveals what cannot be seen from the city.

Some of my favorite experiences have taken place beneath the night skies of the American West, including unforgettable evenings photographing the Milky Way in and around the Yosemite area. Standing beneath thousands of stars is a reminder of just how vast and beautiful our universe truly is.
